fifa77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal request is processed, and may be required at any time at the Platform's discretion.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending during KYC review. fifa77 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 1–3 Business Days of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will extend this timeline.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which the Player is solely responsible.
fifa77 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be funded from unlawful sources, or where the payment method cannot be verifie d as belonging to the registered account holder. In such cases, the deposit amount will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
Players may request a withdrawal of their Wallet Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside Business Hours (07:00–22:00 WIB) will be queued and processed on the next available Business Day. fifa77 targets processing of all withdrawal requests within 24 hours; however, during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 3 Business Days.

fifa77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.
fifa77 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed by an eligible Player at the time of amendment will be honored under the terms in force at the time of claim.
